We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist who is clinically confident, ethical, and motivated to grow in a supportive, well-run environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants strong mentorship (if desired), excellent systems, and a steady flow of patients.

• Established patient base with strong new-patient flow
• Efficient scheduling and experienced support staff
• Digital dentistry (CBCT, scanners, modern operatories)
• Emphasis on comprehensive, patient-first care
• Positive, team-oriented culture with low staff turnover

• Providing high-quality general dentistry (restorative, crown & bridge, basic endo/extractions preferred)
• Diagnosing and presenting treatment clearly and ethically
• Collaborating with hygienists and assistants to deliver excellent patient experiences
• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license (or in process)
• Strong communication and case-presentation skills
• Team-oriented mindset with high integrity
• New grads welcome or experienced dentists encouraged to apply
