Lead Dental Assistant
Our Lead Dental Assistant will support the dentist during procedures, assist in managing the dental assistant team, ensure clinical compliance, and maintain a smooth workflow throughout the clinic.
ScheduleMonday through Thursday (7am to 5pm)
What You'll Do- Lead, support, and train our team of dental assistants
- Ensure smooth clinical operations and patient flow
- Assist dentists during a variety of procedures (including implants, crowns, OS, fillings, RCT)
- Sterilize instruments and exam rooms
- Manage inventory and supply ordering
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a dental assistant (including implants, crowns, CS, fillings, RCT) required
- Dental assistant and X‑ray certification required
- Previous lead experience highly preferred
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match
- PTO, sick time, paid holidays
