key responsibilities:

• prepare patients for dental procedures by explaining treatments and ensuring their comfort.
• assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, including handling instruments and materials.
• sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
• take dental x-rays as needed.
• maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• ensure the operatory and office are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

qualifications:

• dental assistant in arizona
• current xray certification
• cpr certification
• knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
