As a part-time Endodontist at Gentle Dental in Phoenix, the role involves providing specialized root canal treatments and related dental care, primarily on a PPO practice basis. Gentle Dental is searching for a Part time Endodontist at our Phoenix, Arizona practices.
$25,000 signing bonus

Position Details:
• Flexible part-time for the right candidate
• Direct referrals from several General Dentists
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office
• Compensation
- 50% of production
Schedule:
• 2 days a month
• Additional days may be available in Prescott, Avondale and Surprise
Locations:
4550 E Bell Road, Bldg 8, Suite 178, Phoenix, AZ 85032

Position
Qualifications:
• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Endodontic Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
