About the Opportunity  All Smiles Dental Care is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Phoenix team. We're looking for a hygienist who values high-quality preventative care, patient education, and building long-term relationships with patients.
This is a PPO and fee-for-service practice, allowing our clinical team to focus on individualized treatment recommendations and a strong patient experience.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care
Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planning
Complete periodontal charting and assess patients' periodontal health
Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment
Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the doctor
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office team
Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
What We're Looking For
Active Arizona Dental Hygienist license in good standing
Strong clinical and periodontal assessment skills
Confident patient education and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative dental team
Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
Requirements
~ Active Dental Hygiene License in Phoenix, AZ

~ Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state)

~ Current CPR/BLS Certification

~ Strong communication and patient education skills

~ Commitment to quality patient care

~ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred

Experience with assisted hygiene models
Laser Certification
~ Experience in PPO and Fee-for-Service environments

~

Experience with periodontal therapy

~

Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance

~ Bilingual skills
