Project Architect - Large-Scale Data Center & Mission Critical (Hybrid)

The firm has a diverse portfolio and is seeking a Project Architect to join its growing Mission Critical team – designing data centers, advanced manufacturing, and high‑tech facilities. This firm provides global resources with a local feel and autonomy.

• Lead consultants and technical teams to execute design intent and deliver high‑quality implementation documents
• Manage production schedules and deadlines with the PIC/PM to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee QA/QC standards, code compliance, and technical coordination throughout all phases
• Guide communication between design, consultant, and client teams for clarity and alignment
• Mentor staff while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in technical excellence

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture required
• 8+ years of architectural experience preferred
• Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing registration)
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; familiarity with Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper preferred
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and QA/QC best practices
• Clear communicator, organized, and collaborative leader who thrives in team environments
