Job Captain
Partnered with several great firms helping with Job Captain positions with openings due to growth.
Responsibilities- Developing designs, producing construction documents, and coordinating consultant efforts
- Managing RFIs, submittal reviews, drawing revisions, and supplemental construction phase documents
- Ensuring clear team communication and collaboration to maintain project schedules
- Engaging with clients on project status or, when appropriate, acting as a Project Manager based on skills and directives
- 5+ years of architectural experience
- Architecture degree required
- Proficiency in Revit
