Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across all disciplines
  • Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related questions and concerns from project teams
  • Lead project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM project kickoff meetings
  • Standardize workflows and practices between offices and teams to enhance collaboration
  • Conduct clash detection and participate in the BIM coordination process to resolve issues
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM, with 5 years preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Revit with emphasis on project setup and model management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles for producing technical plans and models
  • Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues effectively
