Responsibilities- Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across all disciplines
- Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related questions and concerns from project teams
- Lead project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM project kickoff meetings
- Standardize workflows and practices between offices and teams to enhance collaboration
- Conduct clash detection and participate in the BIM coordination process to resolve issues
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM, with 5 years preferred
- Strong knowledge of Revit with emphasis on project setup and model management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles for producing technical plans and models
- Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues effectively
