Project Architect

to join our team.

projects — both
locally and internationally
. We’re serious about design, obsessed with detail, and always up for pushing boundaries. If you thrive in creative environments, love solving technical puzzles, and know your way around a full drawing set, keep reading.
- Taking the lead on projects from early design through CDs and CA
- Producing top-tier drawing sets —
Revit mastery is a must - Crafting crisp, clear
construction details
and managing project teams - Coordinating with cities and agencies for
entitlements, zoning, design review, and permits - Navigating
building code and ADA
like a pro - Working closely with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout the process
- 8–10 years of experience
working on complex architectural projects - High-level Revit skills
(seriously, you’ll be using it daily) - Strong technical chops and an eye for clean detailing
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff
- A solid understanding of how buildings come together — and how to document that
- Comfort with
construction administration
— you’re not afraid to get your boots dirty - Someone who can hold their own in meetings with city officials, plan reviewers, and consultants
- Bonus points if you’ve worked on international projects (but not required)
