Architectural Photography – Phoenix, AZ
Join CoStar Group as an Architectural Photographer and create high‑quality media that drives real‑estate transactions in the Phoenix market.
Role DescriptionCoStar delivers real‑time real‑estate data and media. As an Architectural Photographer you will produce interior and exterior photos and videos for multifamily, office, industrial, retail and residential properties using DSLR cameras, drones, gimbals, and other high‑tech equipment.
Responsibilities- Produce interior and exterior media of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties.
- Create exterior media for residential neighborhoods, parks, and schools.
- Use professional‑grade cameras, tilt‑shift lenses, drones, gimbals, sliders, 3D tour cameras, and other tools.
- Travel up to a week per month as required.
- Select optimal times of day, season, and location to capture assignments.
- Edit photography and video in a timely manner to deliver completed projects.
- Communicate professionally with clients during scheduling, set‑up, and on‑site interactions.
- Continuously learn new techniques and technologies.
- Professional experience as a Real Estate Photographer, Architectural Photographer, or similar.
- Portfolio of architectural, real‑estate, and exterior lifestyle media (photos, videos, drone media).
- High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent with at least 4 years of professional real‑estate photography/videography experience.
- Strong understanding of manual camera settings and lighting.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with macOS and Microsoft Office.
- FAA Part 107 Drone Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for up to 2 hours.
- Availability for occasional night or weekend projects.
- Completion of a driving record check before start.
- Experience shooting buildings and neighborhoods in suburban and city settings.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with key contacts.
- Flexible, adaptable, with excellent multitasking and time‑management skills.
- Experience with commercial drone photography.
- Ability to capture and edit interior and exterior property videos.
- Strong artistic vision and creativity for architectural photography.
