As a Senior Project Designer you will create innovative conceptual and schematic designs for architectural projects, present design options, shape client goals, and build strong client relationships while driving design excellence. You will guide and mentor team members and collaborate with project teams, maintaining design intent and quality at every stage.

• Meet with clients to develop ongoing relationships and determine project goals.
• Develop design options for both site and buildings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and direct junior team members in correctly documenting design.
• Follow projects from inception through construction to maintain design quality and intent.
• Coordinate with Interior Design team for spec buildings to provide cohesive design.
• Understand work plan/budget for projects and meet expectations for hours and deliverables.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Commercial Architecture Design is preferred.
• Licensed Architect is preferred.
• Basic computer, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Adobe Suite and Sketch Up experience is essential.
• Revit and AutoCAD experience is preferred.
• Ability to create complete design presentation packages is essential.
• Knowledge of key parameters of various product types for both site design and building design is essential.
