We are seeking a talented and bilingual Industrial Designer () to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position requires strong expertise in industrial design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with local customers to present design concepts, gather feedback, and coordinate with engineering and  in China to deliver innovative and practical design solutions.

• Lead and participate in industrial design projects from concept development through final presentation.
• Communicate directly with local customers to showcase design concepts and collect feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and  in China to refine and execute design solutions.
• Ensure design quality, feasibility, and consistency through clear communication and teamwork.
• Prepare design documentation, product renderings, and presentation materials as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial or product design.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, functionality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in design software such as Solid Works, Rhino, Key Shot, or Adobe Creative Suite.
