Seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Design Drafter with experience in structural/architectural drafting/design. This opportunity allows you to create custom building designs, photorealistic renderings, proposals, marketing collateral, and social media assets on fast‑track schedules while growing your skills in a collaborative, high‑energy environment.

Skills:

CAD, REVIT, Bluebeam, BIM, 3D Modeling, Rendering, Construction Materials, etc.
Experience with 3D renderings would be a big plus.

• Design and Drafting: Develop detailed drawings and plans for commercial buildings using AutoCAD.
• Collaboration: Partner with engineers, architects, and project managers to create comprehensive design solutions tailored to construction methods.
• Plan Review: Interpret and review project specifications, blueprints, and other technical documents specific to design.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Revisions: Update and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and evolving project requirements.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

• Prefer design/drafting related degree/certifications.
• 2+ years of experience in structural or architectural drafting/design for commercial buildings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D), REVIT, plus Illustrator, Sketch Up, Bluebeam, or Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Exceptional precision and attention to detail in drafting and design work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Portfolio of design or drafting work required.
