Shepley Bulfinch is seeking a well‑rounded Senior Project Manager who is creative and passionate about architecture, curious about solving complex problems, and looking to grow and learn from others that share the same values. The role involves managing a team of 3–10 people, establishing project workplans (staffing, budget, schedule) and fulfilling contractual, financial and cost‑control responsibilities. We are looking for someone comfortable leading or assisting on the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, interfacing with clients, and leading meetings during the construction administration phase of a project.

Responsibilities- Manage a team of 3–10 people
- Develop project workplans (staffing, budgeting, scheduling)
- Handle contractual, financial, and cost‑control responsibilities
- Lead or assist in the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings
- Interface with clients and coordinate meetings during the construction administration phase
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
- Prior experience with higher education and/or urban development
- Registered architect preferred (candidates actively pursuing licensure also considered)
- Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and revising documents
- Up to 20% travel expected regionally and nationally
