Pediatrician

We are a thriving, physician-owned private pediatric practice in the Phoenix metro area, seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our growing team at one of our West Valley locations. We are specifically hiring for locations serving the Goodyear, Surprise, and North Peoria communities—some of the most desirable areas to live and work in the Phoenix Valley.

This position offers a balanced schedule within a patient-centered practice focused on continuity of care and strong patient relationships.

• Provide high-quality pediatric care to a panel of patients
• Collaborate with a collaborative team of pediatricians, advanced practice providers, and support staff
• Contribute to a culture of continuity of care and strong patient relationships
• Participate in shared weekend rotation and newborn nursery rounding
• Maintain appropriate patient documentation and comply with practice protocols

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Ability to obtain and maintain valid medical licensure in Arizona

Goodyear, Surprise, and North Peoria in the West Valley of Arizona. These areas are known for family-friendly communities, strong schools, and access to outdoor recreation.

• 4-day work week (no evenings or extended hours)
• 27 patients per day with a focus on quality care
• No inpatient hospital responsibilities
• Shared weekend rotation and newborn nursery rounding
