Join a unique practice run by physicians for physicians in the exciting greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. We are looking for mission driven full spectrum, Board Certified/Board Eligible, Internal Medicine physicians (MD or DO) with a passion for serving the underserved and caring for the entire family in our community health centers. The expectations of all our physicians are to embrace the mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service.
We are an ambulatory care system of ten community health centers including Family Medicine services. The system primarily serves a safety-net population and offers a full scope clinical practice and teaching opportunities. The position includes employment through a 450+ physician not-for-profit faculty group practice exclusively contracting to provide clinical, administrative, and teaching services.
A successful candidate will work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center. The FQHCs qualify for both the Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Program s and have a system score of 21. As a not-for-profit organization, our employees also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF).
