Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Work Environment: Outpatient private practice with three established locations

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Hours &

Schedule:

Full-time or Part-time, Monday–Friday

Travel Required: None

Salary / Hourly Rate: $225,000 – $260,000 per year

Bonus Offered: RVU-based bonus

Benefits Offered: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), CME

Job Summary

The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care in a fully outpatient setting, supporting preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient education. This role is ideal for someone who values continuity of care and wants to practice medicine in a relationship-driven environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform annual wellness exams and provide preventive, acute, and chronic care
  • Manage a diverse panel of patients across all ages
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Support managed care initiatives and quality programs
  • Provide patient education to promote healthy lifestyle and disease prevention
  • Participate in practice-wide quality improvement efforts
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Valid Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Current DEA registration
  • Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
  • Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
