This position would be for a physician focused on immunology/inborn errors or immunity. The candidate will join 11 other providers (7 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers) at Phoenix Children’s and its satellites. In addition to the main hospital campus, we also see patients in the East Valley, Southwest Valley, and Northwest Valley.

The practice is busy and growing with patient diversity ranging from common allergic disorders to complex cases in both allergy and primary immunodeficiencies. Two physicians currently lead efforts in immunology, inpatient and outpatient. A third immunology focused physician would aid in meeting the needs of patients in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. Education is an important aspect of the position as the clinic participates in the training of rotating pediatric residents.

Physicians have academic faculty appointments through Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, University of Arizona College of Medicine, Phoenix and Creighton University School of Medicine. The clinic is actively involved in clinical and translational research in food allergy, eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders, asthma, and more.

Prospective candidates should have an interest in participating in research efforts.
