We are seeking passionate Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our dynamic team, working full-time or part-time across multiple emergency departments. With a supportive environment that includes Advanced Practice Clinicians and scribes, you’ll have the resources you need to thrive!

Locations & Shift Details:- Location A
- Full-time staffing
- 8–10 hour shifts on average
- Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) coverage
- Double coverage for shifts
- Location B
- Full-time staffing
- 8–10 hour shifts on average
- APC coverage
- Two Free Standing Emergency Departments
- Full-time staffing
- 12-hour shifts on average
- Scribe coverage available for all shifts
As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate health conditions.
- Supervise patient care and treatment, ensuring the highest standards.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, communicating results effectively.
- Oversee the course of care for patients, including collaboration with APCs.
- Perform routine medical procedures with confidence.
- Foster a compassionate environment for patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of medical professionals.
Must Have:
- Arizona Medical License
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- DEA Licensure

- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Competitive hourly rates:
- Full-time: $210/hour for day shifts, $220/hour for night shifts (first year)
- After first year: $200/hour for day shifts, $210/hour for night shifts (+RVU)
- Part-time 1099: $220/hour for day shifts, $230/hour for night shifts

- Continuing Medical Education (CME) support
- In-house medical scribe service available
