Physician – Endocrinologist

• Full‑Time
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• No nights or weekends
• Minimal on‑call
• Some flexibility offered

• $200,000–$220,000 base salary, dependent upon experience
• Productivity bonus plan

Phoenix, Arizona

For more than 30 years, this privately‑owned and operated medical clinic has been offering endocrinology services to the residents of Phoenix and surrounding communities. Services include treatments for diabetes, hormone disorders, thyroid disorders, and more. The clinic utilizes the latest technology and has an in‑house lab, providing optimal convenience for patients and providers. Staffing: 8 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner. The clinic is expanding and seeks a new endocrinologist.

This standard outpatient endocrinology position focuses mainly on diabetes and thyroid disorders. The new endocrinologist will see an average of 18–20 patients per day.

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

• General endocrinology care
• Initial patient consultations
• Follow‑up visits
• Care plan creation and management
• In‑office procedures and testing

The office has an in‑house lab. All providers receive support from dedicated clinical assistants. The practice uses eClinical

On‑call duties occur every 10 weeks, limited to phone triage for prescription refills.

• Arizona medical license
• DEA registration
• Board certification or eligibility in endocrinology
• No experience required.
