Recent outpatient clinic experience and proficiency with diabetes care are important for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population in an outpatient clinic
• Manage and treat patients with diabetes, ensuring evidence-based care and disease management
• Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver effective patient-centered care
• Utilize the RPMS EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed

Additional Information

• Recent outpatient clinic experience required
• Experience with diabetes management is essential
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required
• IHS experience preferred but not required
• Must hold a valid medical license (any state)
