Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Physician Employment in Arizona

We are searching for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) to join our growing team of 24 Neonatologists and ultimately 38 NNPs in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. The role will be based at multiple facilities in Downtown Phoenix and the East Valley.

• Coverage is provided at three Level III–IV NICUs that are all affiliated with high‑risk delivery services, and soon to be six Level II Special Care Nurseries.
• Work collaboratively with the Neonatologists to provide coverage to the delivery service and to care for all infants in the NICU.
• Delivery attendance is shared among Neonatologists.
• Level II units are covered 24/7 with in‑house NNPs and Neonatologist daily rounds; in‑person availability for emergencies.
• No transport duties.

• Salary: $110–$150 K+ (DOE)

• Shift: Varied, combination of 12‑ and 24‑hour shifts.
• Shifts can be varied to suit needs as well as the unit/team.
• Work evening shift alongside a Neonatologist in the Level III–IV NICUs.

• Neonatal Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active Arizona medical license.
• Preferred:
  Experienced provider.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency and/or current US work visa.
