Practice in one of the fastest-growing and most desirable communities in the Northwest Phoenix area, serving patients in Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
• Full-time schedule: 36 patient contact hours + 4 administrative hours
• Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends
