Purpose Statement

The job of Campus Support is to provide support to the instructional process with responsibilities for ensuring the safety and welfare of students, including noon duty, classroom assistance, crosswalk coverage, and other campus support tasks.

Reporting To: Building Administrator

Essential Functions

• Assists students to ensure safe access to and from locations.
• Communicates safety policies to students, staff, and visitors.
• Maintains equipment such as stop signs, jackets, and sandbags.
• Monitors students in various settings to ensure compliance and safety.
• Reports incidents and safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Supports classroom and school personnel to promote a positive environment.

Other Functions

• Participates in meetings, training, and workshops.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred.
• Criminal background clearance required.
