** What You’ll Do
** As a Middle School Math Teacher at Desert Sky, you will:
* Deliver high-quality math instruction aligned to AMS curriculum standards through differentiation and standards-driven planning.
* Support students performing below, on, and above grade level using proven instructional strategies and intervention tools.
* Attend weekly professional development and collaborate in PLCs and grade-level teams.
* Communicate consistently with families and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to support academic and behavioral goals.
* Use measurable assessment data to monitor progress and adjust instruction for meaningful growth.
* Support and reinforce a positive school environment that is structured, safe, and motivating for all students.
* Use PBIS and restorative practices to develop student accountability, behavior skills, and socio-emotional growth.

** Minimum Requirements
*** Ability to pass a background check and obtain a valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
* Strong lesson planning, behavior management, and analytical skills
* Experience teaching or supporting rigorous math instruction preferred
* Ability and willingness to implement a structured, proven instructional model
* Commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and equitable student outcomes
