Position: Operations - Operations Support Assistant (NFWS)
** Job Description
** Grand Canyon University is seeking an Enrollment Events Support and Marketing Assistant to support the mission of Grand Canyon University through GCE's Enrollment Support department.
** Purpose within the Organization:
** The purpose of this position is to assist the Operations Support team by running reports, and entering, and editing data in Microsoft Excel. Also, assist with state-specific program research teams and completing projects or tasks as assigned.
** Responsibilities Related to

Purpose:

*** Organizes time effectively so all prioritized work is completed in a timely manner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Proficient use of University systems to execute tasks or duties as assigned
* CRM verification and reporting
* Zoom reporting and event assistance
* Communication with internal clients and external partners and/or students
* Other duties as assigned
** Equipment Used and Responsibility:
*** MS Office
* CRM* Zoom
*
* Qualifications:

** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the job.
* Education and/or

Experience:

* Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
* Microsoft Excel experience preferred
* Zoom experience a plus
* Ideal candidate is highly motivated, with a passion for success
* Quick learner
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Positive attitude

* Education:

** Grand Canyon University is committed to a student-first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:
* Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
* Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
* Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
* You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
