** Responsibilities
* ** Use AMS curriculum standards to teach students above and below grade level through differentiated instruction
* Attend weekly professional development sessions and collaborate in grade-level or content-area professional learning communities
* Communicate effectively with parents and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to promote student progress and achievement
* Collaborate with administrators and staff to create a positive, supportive learning environment that addresses academic and behavioral needs
* Use measurable data to monitor and enrich student progress with visible results
* Work collaboratively with school and network teams to improve instructional practices and ensure ongoing academic success
* Use PBIS and preventative intervention strategies to guide students in developing social and emotional skills essential for lifelong learning
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Passion for helping Title I and ESL students in underserved communities achieve academic success
* Ability to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card
* Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction
* Adaptability and willingness to implement a rigorous, proven curriculum
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and work as part of a high-performing team

* Base salary: $48,331.25 – $54,571.88 year-round (DOE)
* 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
* Free medical, dental, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance (valued at $5,328)
* Optional low-cost vision insurance
* Performance bonuses averaging $2,200 per year (up to $3,400)
* Relocation stipends of up to $5,000 for eligible candidates
* Professional development and coaching throughout the school year
* Additional stipends averaging $2,300 for after school intervention/tutoring and $2,000 for leading clubs or sports
