Responsibilities- Use AMS curriculum standards to teach students above and below grade level through a differentiated approach
- Attend weekly professional development sessions and meetings with grade-level teams/professional learning communities
- Communicate effectively with parents and lead parent‑student‑teacher meetings to facilitate progress both in and outside the classroom
- Coordinate with administrators and other staff members to create an environment focused on meeting students’ academic and behavioral needs
- Use measurable data to track student performance and enhance student outcomes with visible results
- Collaborate with network and school teams to continuously improve instructional practices and student achievement
- Utilize PBIS and preventative intervention strategies to guide students in developing social and emotional skills that support lifelong learning
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education OR a Bachelor’s in a related field with at least two years of K–8 teaching experience
- Passion for supporting Title I and ESL students in underserved communities
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Strong analytical and data‑driven instructional skills
- Adaptability and willingness to deliver an established, rigorous curriculum
- Collaborative mindset and initiative to contribute to a high‑performing team

- $10,000 State SPED Certification Stipend
- Performance bonuses averaging over $2,200 per year (up to $3,400)
- Relocation stipend of up to $5,000 for out-of-state hires
