• Design and implement lesson plans for a highly structured 1st / 2nd‑grade classroom of 5 students, focusing on significant behavioral, social, and communication needs.
• Manage a Level D environment utilizing Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention training and autism‑specific strategies to ensure a safe, supportive atmosphere.
• Lead and collaborate with classroom Paraprofessionals and support staff to deliver integrated services and maintain a data‑driven IEP process.
• Participate in daily 8:00 AM morning meetings to review, coordinate, and adjust the day's instructions while maintaining documentation for student progress.

• Bachelor's Degree (Required);
  Master’s Degree (Preferred)
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid Arizona Special Education Certification (Provisional, Standard, or Reciprocal) in any of the following:
  Cross‑Categorical, LD, ED, MR (K‑12), or Severely / Profoundly Disabled
• Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Training (Required)
• Training in current methods of working with students with behavioral and autism characteristics (Preferred)
