**** Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/

Essential Functions:

**** 1. Attend and be prepared to support course content and assigned instructors in every class.
2. Assist instructor with in-class activities, including proctoring examinations.
3. Observe student performance and record relevant data to aid assigned in4. Classroom support
5. Hold face-to-face office hours on a regular basis to support learners academically.
6. Coordinate study groups outside of class to tutor students on class material.
7. May facilitate additional workshops as a refresher to classroom formal lecture.
8. Proctor occasional make up examinations/assignments.  Communicate with assigned instructor on a regular basis.
9. Check assigned my.gcu.edu email and Halo Learn digital classroom forums regularly.
10. Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior congruent with GCU’s pillars and mission with a commitment to Christian ideals and philosophy.
11. Other duties as assigned

***** Candidate must be currently enrolled and maintain full time active enrollment in GCU program and have completed significant portion of the program.
* Must have sufficient courses in discipline of assistance needed as well as having received a grade of B or higher in each.
* Must pass pre-employment background investigations.
