Position:
Full‑time (40 hrs/week), Contractor via Crossover.
Base pay: $60 USD/hour ($120,000 USD/year, 40 hrs/week, 50 weeks/year).
On‑site locations available in Chantilly (VA), Lake Forest (CA), San Francisco (CA), Miami (FL), and New York City (NY).

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lifelong appreciation for reading.
• Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve methods and extract actionable insights.
• Working with the engineering team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy tools.

• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson).
• Minimum two years’ experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students.
• Ability to evaluate reading levels, group students, and create differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interactions.
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Capable of working on‑site at one of the campus locations listed above.
