If leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education feels like your mission, this role places you at the center of that transformation. Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete core academic work in two hours daily through AI‑driven platforms, then develop real‑world competencies. No traditional lectures. No unnecessary assignments. Only accelerated mastery at the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a different relationship with parents—and that is your responsibility.
WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Take complete ownership of parent relationships—from initial outreach through sustained engagement—for a single campus.
- Lead persuasive information sessions and individual meetings that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters.
- Act as the main parent liaison—addressing issues, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring each family feels acknowledged and supported once enrolled at Alpha.
- Establish credibility and presence through regular on‑site engagement, local community partnerships, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Mobilize parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community influence.
- Depending on formulaic sales scripts or impersonal communication methods.
- Handing off relationship responsibilities to campus personnel or adopting a passive role.
- Allowing organized parent committees to compromise or weaken Alpha's educational philosophy.
- Operating remotely—this role requires deep integration into the parent community and campus environment.
Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your assigned campus by managing high‑trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy.
Basic Requirements- Currently live within commuting range of one of these campuses, or willing to relocate.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- 5+ years of professional experience engaging families in educational outreach or enrollment contexts.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to build trust and influence complex decision‑making processes.
- Strong conviction in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation educational approach.
