Classroom Coach – Miami, FL (Contractor through Crossover)

Competitive salary of $60.00‑hr ($120,000 USD/year) with weekly pay, full‑time (40 hrs/week) and immediate availability.

• Facilitate one‑hour life‑skills sessions with K‑2 learners, coaching them and supporting reading skills introduced by Reading Specialists.
• Drive student engagement with adaptive learning platforms and support achievement of weekly academic targets.
• Guide emotional self‑regulation, resilience development, and problem‑solving through consistent routines and supportive presence.
• Monitor individual student growth and challenges, identify concerns proactively, and refine approaches with team input.
• Build a classroom environment that balances structure, joy, and individual connection.

• Ability to work full‑time on‑site at our Miami, FL campus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years working directly with children ages 4‑8 in educational settings, after‑school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts.
• Skilled storyteller and dynamic presenter who can capture and sustain the focus of young learners in group settings.
• Capacity to maintain rigorous expectations for both yourself and your students, and motivate children to reach their objectives.
• Growth‑oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
