Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable
Pickleball Instructors
to lead after-school Pickleball programs for students in grades 2–5. Instructors will introduce the fundamentals of Pickleball, promote physical activity, reinforce sportsmanship, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
Candidates should have experience in Pickleball, youth coaching, or physical education and be comfortable managing small groups of elementary-age students.

Key Responsibilities- Teach Pickleball fundamentals, including paddle skills, serving, rallying, footwork, scoring, and safety.
- Organize engaging drills, skill-building exercises, and age-appropriate games.
- Supervise and manage groups of students while ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building activities.
- Set up and break down equipment before and after class.
- Communicate with site contacts regarding attendance, student needs, or program updates.
- Experience playing or coaching Pickleball, tennis, or similar racquet sports.
- Prior experience working with elementary-age children preferred.
- Strong classroom or group management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly professional.
- Must hold an
Arizona DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
.
- Part-time, session-based program.
