You will be the authentic connector, the community builder, and the human face of AI, ensuring that our solutions genuinely help local businesses thrive and feel seen.

Your success is measured by the strength of the community you build and the genuine value you create. Your daily work involves:

• Human-Centric Conversations: Engaging with business owners in the Phoenix area, listening deeply to their challenges, and identifying how AI can ethically and effectively support their mission.
• Authentic Community Building: You are the host of the casual Weekly AI Meetup for the Phoenix community – a space for shared learning, connection, and mutual support, not a sales pitch. You will cultivate a loyal following based on trust and shared purpose.
• Strategic Connection: You act as a business journalist and process consultant, finding the stories of local businesses, identifying their pain points, and introducing them to our world-class team that delivers human-centered AI solutions.

• Morning: You start your day with the "Core Loop": having 5+ conversations about AI with local business owners, focusing on listening and understanding their unique narratives. You then post insights on Linked In, building your personal brand as a trusted, community-focused AI resource.
• Afternoon: You attend a local networking event, such as a non-profit gathering or a community-focused tech meetup. You use our "Event-to-Gamma" strategy to turn conversations into valuable content and leads, always prioritizing the community’s well-being.
• Evening: You host the Weekly AI Meetup
  , fostering a space for genuine connection and shared learning among local professionals.

We are looking for a candidate whose primary motivation is to make a difference. You might come from community organizing, teaching, journalism, non-profit work, or any field where empathy and connection were central to your success.

• Natural Curiosity & Empathy: You love helping people articulate their ideas and feel seen and heard.
• Mission Alignment: You have a genuine interest in AI and are eager to apply it ethically and effectively for the local community.
• Relationship-First Mindset: You understand that long-term success is built on trust, not transactions.

We provide the resources to ensure your mission is sustainable:

• Financial Runway: A $2,000/month guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months, followed by a $2,000/month draw against commission for months 4-6, giving stability as you build your community-based pipeline.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: After the on-ramp, you move to a straight commission model with 50% commission on upfront projects (average $10k, so $5k commission) and 25% recurring commission on monthly retainers. Your purpose-driven work is financially rewarded.
• Comprehensive Training & Mentorship: Access to our full library of AI and Business training modules, plus weekly coaching calls to ensure your community-building efforts translate into sustainable business growth.
• Full Tech Stack & Branding: Paid accounts for Otter.ai, Zoom, Manus, and proprietary knowledge base tools, plus marketing assets to establish your authentic brand in Phoenix.
