Timing : 8 AM - 5 PM (Including 1hr break)

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pre-K Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood education journey. In this vital role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay a strong foundation for children’s lifelong learning and success. Duties

  • Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including curriculum development tailored to preschoolers’ developmental stages
  • Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children
  • Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies
  • Support children’s literacy education through storytelling, phonics activities, and early reading exercises
  • Incorporate physical education and motor skill activities to promote healthy physical development
  • Collaborate with families to communicate children’s progress, needs, and achievements regularly
  • Utilize classroom management skills to maintain an organized environment conducive to active learning
  • Integrate special education principles and early intervention strategies when working with children requiring additional support
  • Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly
  • Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, Montessori methods, or other educational approaches

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles
  • Quality First experience required
  • Montessori experience preferred
    , but we will train motivated candidates
  • Demonstrated ability in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development for early learners
  • Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention techniques, and behavior management strategies
  • Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and students’ families
  • Experience working with diverse learners including toddlers and children requiring additional support or special education services
  • Ability to create an inclusive environment that promotes child welfare and safety at all times
  • Prior classroom experience in private schools or daycare centers is advantageous
  • Front desk coordination:
    Support front desk operations during breaks, including handling phone calls, answering queries, and managing administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage daily activities efficiently while maintaining a lively learning atmosphere
