• Training and cultivating a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional standards.
• Developing Guides playbooks that document best practices, design engaging learning activities, and address challenges.
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
• Directly coaching a small group of students, demonstrating expert mentorship and motivational techniques.

• Creating lesson plans – Guides support students' learning through adaptive applications; the role focuses on preparing facilitators.
• Compromising standards – role upholds a 100% passing threshold.
• Conducting "dull" training sessions – guides are led through dynamic, energetic, experiential development.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Experience engaging with youth ages 5-18 in an educational or developmental setting.
• Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
