Role PurposeThe role of the field service technician team within the company in the USA is to ensure the proper functioning of our clients' SUNTRACK tracking control systems during commissioning and provide after‑sales support throughout the equipment's lifespan in the PV plant.
Main Responsibilities- Verify the correct installation of critical system elements on‑site before commissioning.
- Preparation and commissioning tasks on site and/or remotely (configuration and functional tests and performance tests) of SUNTRACK equipment.
- Installation and configuration of the SUNTRACK monitoring data logger.
- Basic training for the client's O&M staff, as needed.
- Troubleshooting issues and technical support (remote or on‑site).
- Firmware/software update remotely or on site when necessary.
- Testing of new products and providing feedback on product performance to various Kinematics departments.
- Preparation of reports of tasks, documentation, and process records.
- Representing a positive company image.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Electricity/Electronics.
- Knowledge of computer networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools.
- Fluency in English is a must. Other languages are a plus.
- Commitment to service quality and customer's Service.
- The candidate must have relationship and communication skills to communicate with the Client's representatives and be able to withstand pressure while maintaining a professional attitude at all times. The technician is the face of P4Q while in the field.
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure and in tense situations.
- Self‑initiative, autonomy, responsibility, flexibility and adaptability to change and unforeseen situations.
- Teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel:
High. This position may require several days of travel to customer facilities or other company centers throughout the country to perform the outlined duties.

- Participation in a consolidated project in the electronics sector.
