We are looking for a talented Senior Global Product Support Engineer II to join our ALD team in Phoenix, AZ.
ALD Equipment experience is REQUIRED for this role.

• System‑level expert focused on product support for new product development.
• Interaction with Hardware, Electrical, Controls, Process, and Software engineering teams to become the system‑level expert on new products being developed.
• Provide guidance to engineering during the design phase of new products on key customer requirements and needs, including PM service tasks, design for service, design for manufacturability, etc.
• Own the first build and test of the new product in the development lab, working closely with engineering teams to provide real‑time feedback of issues and recommend solutions.
• Develop procedures and documents for best‑known methods for service, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Own the first in‑Fab (Alpha or Beta) customer shipments, drive customer fab readiness (facilities set up), installation and start‑up through production qualification.
• Provide detailed reporting of field issues for new products in the field.
• Drive and own customer issues on new products during the Alpha build and test phase as well as during beta testing at customer sites.
• Develop critical spare parts lists for new products, ensuring initial stocking levels are set and ready for new product shipments.

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of related experience with ALD equipment.
• Depending on the product development cycle, travel ranges from 25–50%.
