Position Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Structural Designer/Engineer to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of structural design and detailing projects, utilizing wood, masonry, concrete, and steel. Our diverse portfolio includes:

• Offices
• Office - Warehouses
• Restaurants
• Hotels
• Self-storage facilities
• Commercial tenant improvements of all shapes and sizes
• Additions to existing commercial structures

You will also have opportunities to visit project sites and perform special structural inspections, ensuring your work directly contributes to successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-6+ years of relevant structural engineering design experience in the USA.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Certification: Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office in a Windows/PC environment.
• Familiarity with structural software, including:
• Enercalc / Retain Pro
• Steel Smart
• Blue Beam

Other Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present calculations and construction documents in a clear and organized manner.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
