Our aerospace and electronics client provides high-performance systems and components to both the aerospace and defense sectors, powering a diverse range of applications from satellites and missiles to UAVs and next‑generation aircraft.

Our client's microwave division is renowned for its expertise in RF and microwave technologies, supporting critical missions with integrated microwave assemblies, GPS subsystems, and space‑qualified components that are trusted by leading defense and aerospace original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

We’re seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer Lead to architect and develop cutting‑edge RF, Microwave, and Millimeter‑Wave integrated solutions (IMAs) for mission‑critical defense and space systems.

This is a hands‑on engineering role with responsibility across proposal, design, prototyping, testing and production release.

• Architect and design end‑to‑end RF and mixed‑signal systems (VHF to >40 GHz), including up/down converters, synthesizers, PLLs, mixers, filters, A/D converters and digital architectures
• Model and simulate RF system performance using advanced analytical tools
• Support system integration, testing, and validation of high‑reliability hardware for space flight and defense applications
• Translate customer specifications into hardware architecture, design documentation, and product releases

• 7+ years of experience in RF/microwave/mmWave design; strong grasp of RF systems architecture and circuit design
• Familiarity with ADS, AWR, HFSS, MATLAB, and mechanical modeling applications
• Experience with hardware design from concept through production delivery
• BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS or PhD preferred
