TSMC Arizona is looking for a Chemical Lab Engineer/Analytical Chemist to join our 5‑nanometer fab in Phoenix, Arizona. This role demonstrates reliability, enthusiasm, and embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation, and Customer Trust.

• Setup chemical analysis methodology for Fab environment and raw materials quality control.
• Incoming materials, raw materials local vendor qualification and audit.
• Assist with local vendor qualification and reporting.
• Serve as chemical expert for fab event prevention, root cause clarification, troubleshooting, and CIP.
• Develop advanced analytic technology to fulfil the new generation requirement.

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• BS degree minimum requirement.
• Major in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Material Analysis, or related field.
• Experience in chemical analysis instrument operation and method development (e.g., ICP‑MS, GC‑MS, IC).
• Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Accountable, proactive, and innovative.
• Team‑worker with excellent communication skills.
• Good project management skills.
