BIM Support Engineer

The BIM Support Engineer I is responsible for providing BIM users with technical assistance for    hardware and software, specifically Autodesk, Revizto and all other related BIM Software. Work with IT to ensure BIM Builds and Images are constantly up to date.
11. Work with all levels of end users including high‐level users, difficult users, non‐technical users    and demanding users. The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work    being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned    based on the position’s role within the business unit.
• Minimum of 1-year practical experience in providing support in IT environment. Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience General to Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 General working knowledge of Revit Navis Manage and other Autodesk products. General working knowledge of Revit plugins – Ideate, Unifi, RTV Passion for incredible customer service, exceptional communication (verbal and written)    including top notch grammar and spelling, and excellent people skills Ability to establish and maintain an effective follow‐up system to ensure timely and accurate    handling of information requests.
