Senior MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical)
We are seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to support the continued growth of our clients Phoenix operations. This role is ideal for an experienced consulting engineer who thrives in a hands‑on design environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through completion.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support design efforts on complex projects within semiconductor, industrial, and mission‑critical environments
- Produce and review engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, architects, and clients
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to project planning and execution
- Support project delivery with a strong focus on quality, schedule, and constructability
- 6–12 years of experience in consulting engineering
- Background in Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical Engineering
- PE license preferred (or on track)
- Strong design experience within semiconductor, industrial, or mission‑critical facilities
- Mandarin (Chinese) language skills a strong plus
- Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work
