JCW Group is partnering with a leading energy company to hire a Senior Substation Electrical Engineer. Support transmission and distribution substation projects with design, analysis, and technical leadership.
What You’ll Do- Perform substation engineering tasks including electrical, civil, layout, protection, and control.
- Prepare plans, designs, studies, cost estimates, and technical reviews.
- Ensure projects meet design, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- B.S. in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering; PE preferred.
- 5–8+ years’ experience in substation engineering and design.
- Strong knowledge of substation standards, codes, and technical analyses.
- Experience with layout, protection & control, and project oversight.
