Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar water/wastewater or industrial construction projects

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

· Strong understanding of self-perform construction, including concrete, mechanical, piping, and earthwork

· Proven leadership in managing field teams and subcontractors

· Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and under budget

· Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day management of WTP/WWTP projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery

· Lead internal project teams, field crews, and subcontractors across all project phases

· Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

· Foster strong relationships with clients, engineers, and key project stakeholders

· Uphold safety standards and ensure quality control across all work performed

· Contribute to company growth and culture by mentoring staff and supporting training initiatives
