J Banicki Construction is looking for an experienced SR Estimator that has experience in Heavy Civil Construction.

This is a role for someone who wants authority, accountability, and respect — and who thrives in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment. You'll lead estimating efforts for major heavy civil infrastructure projects across Arizona, spanning scopes such as mass grading and earthwork, concrete structures, aggregate placement, asphalt paving, airport taxiways and aprons, PCCP, and other transportation infrastructure work. You'll partner closely with the Chief Estimator, project managers, and executive leadership to develop smart, competitive bid strategies that balance accuracy, risk, and profitability — not just the lowest number on bid day.
