Team Fishel , the Best Choice for Utility Construction & Engineering and Network Installation, is hiring a Permit Coordinator for our Professional Services Group in Phoenix, AZ. The purpose of a Permit Coordinator at Team Fishel is to aid our overhead and underground utility design process by overseeing the permit procedure through completion which includes: preparation and submittal of permit applications to municipalities, government agencies and private entities;

review of prints for correctness prior to being submitted; follow up for timely review.

• Utilize web-based applications to research and identify existing permitting requirements and submittal instruction
• This job consists of primarily indoor but may require minimal outdoor activity and the ability to safely navigate uneven terrain in all types of weather

• High School Diploma and valid driver's license
• Must possess the aptitude to read maps, plan routes and work independently
• Able to build strong relationships within local governmental departments to quickly and effectively obtain permits
• Requires knowledge of MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS applications
• Previous experience in permitting through ADOT and local municipalities in Arizona is a plus.
• Utility right of way knowledge experience is a plus
