The RoleWe are seeking an Fire Sprinkler Estimator & Sales professional to serve as a key connector between sales, estimating, and installation. This role is responsible for developing accurate, code-compliant estimates while actively driving new business and supporting long-term customer relationships.
Reporting directly to the Director of Installation, this position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are sold correctly, scoped accurately, and executed profitably.
What You’ll Do- Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents for fire sprinkler systems
- Develop detailed estimates, proposals, scopes, and exclusions
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local jurisdiction requirements
- Partner with operations and project teams for seamless project handoff
- Build and manage a sales pipeline across construction and retrofit opportunities
- Develop relationships with general contractors, developers, and owners
- Close work aligned with company revenue and margin objectives
- Participate in sales reviews, planning meetings, and process improvements
- 3+ years in fire sprinkler estimating, sales, design, or project management
- Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems and fire codes
- Proven ability to manage both technical estimating and client-facing sales
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Estimating/design software experience (AutoCAD, Auto Sprink, Hydra
CAD) - Field or design background in fire protection
