As a Mechanical Engineer I in our Phoenix office for Summer 2026
, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Responsibilities
  • Perform load calculations, determine system sizing and layouts, calculate equipment sizes, and select equipment.
  • Complete field surveys and review equipment shop drawings.
  • As experience grows, lead mechanical project teams, write specifications, participate in client and consultant meetings, and support construction-phase work.
Qualifications
  • BSME/BSAE from ABET-accredited school.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Non-academic internship.
  • Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities or student organizations preferred.
  • EIT certification (passed the FE exam) a plus.
  • Internship experience in the MEP consulting engineering field preferred.
Required Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Quick technical comprehension with a focus on client outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work both independently and in a team.
